Since the Croatian Business Council cares about sustainability, we held an event on the 29th of October 2018 in our office in Salam Tower where we promoted our own methods of saving electricity by using solar energy. We are using smart benches, a Croatian product, which is 100% solar powered. Using the solar energy from the benches, users are able to charge mobile devices by cable or by placing them on a wireless charging panel. The smart bench has a Wi-Fi option built-in for users to connect to and enjoy a high speed internet connection.
On the 6th of December 2018, Croatian Business Council was invited to attend the Qatar Sustainability Week 2018 Appreciation event where we were honored to be recognized with the Certificate of Appreciation for the valuable participation in the event.
