The Croatian Business Council attended the annual celebration of Europe Day (9th of May 2018) with its fellow European Business Councils.
The Event was attended by a delegation of EU ambassadors and Yousef bin Mohammed Al Othman Fakhro, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA). After the opening ceremony, the Ambassador of Bulgaria and the presidency of the Council of the European Union in Qatar, His Excellency Mr. Metin Kazak, addressed the audience emphasising the importance of collaboration across the European member states and the development of a concerted approach to the relationship with Qatar.
The emphasis of the evening was to celebrate the unity in diversity across Europe, based on a robust set of shared values, which allows the European Union to secure its peaceful coexistence and collective prosperity.
